Kings Cross

 Gray's Inn Road 100º

St Pancras Hotel 24º

London Urban Sketcher's Day Out today, cloudy and a damp, seeping cold at 8ºC. Anyway, today I was going to paint, really paint, with only a minimum of light pencil lines for guidance. I even took my new pad of 425gsm NOT surface. But as usual, the lure of the 0.5 HB line proved too much. It just doesn't scan very well though.

St Michael and All Angels

It was a bit of a faff negotiating London Overground to Blackheath, but well worth it when I looked up and saw this!

"Feels like -2º" on the 7th March

St George Bloomsbury

Marylebone Parish Church

I've gone back to using my beloved 0.5 HB Faber Castell clutch pencil. Even though I love ink, I do have a soft spot for the particular varigated line of graphite. Especially below zero.
